You'll help with common questions, account access, billing updates, and basic troubleshooting — not advanced CRM setups or technical builds. This role is for someone who enjoys providing efficient, friendly support without diving into complex tech work. Complex issues will be escalated to our specialized technical team. This is a phone and ticketing-focused role.
