If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any “Expert Hour” products or subscriptions that You purchased with us.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Branning Group Inc, and its various products and services including Agent CRM.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Agent CRM subscriptions accessible from http://agent-crm.com or various affiliate links and funnels. Giveaway Funnel, accessible from http://www.giveawayfunnel.com; or Video Domino, accessible from http://videodomino.live; or any other Expert Hour service that you hired us for.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Dependant on fulfilling the conditions of return for your specific purchase, (noted below) we will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

The following cases are not eligible for return.
Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following goods, services, and purchases are non-refundable under our Terms and Conditions:
• Customized or Personalized Goods
Goods created according to your specifications or personalized for your use, once approved by you in writing.
• Expert Hour Services (Once Initiated)
Expert Hour services are non-refundable once the project has started or work has been initiated.
• Launched or Live Marketing Campaigns
Goods or services that have already been launched or made live, including any active marketing campaigns.
• Subscription Fees for Past Billing Periods
Subscription services may be canceled at any time; however, payments for prior billing periods are non-refundable. In limited cases, only the most recent billing period may be considered for refund at our discretion.
• Auto-Recharge and Usage-Based Charges
All auto-recharge payments and usage-based charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
SMS and MMS messaging
Phone number usage and maintenance
Phone calls (inbound and outbound)
A2P registration fees
Email usage within Agent CRM
• These charges are direct costs incurred to provide services through telecommunications carriers, email providers, and regulatory entities such as The Campaign Registry.
• Promotional Packages and Prepaid Subscription Terms
Any discounted or promotional purchases—including but not limited to 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month packages for Agent CRM, Agent CRM Pro, Loanne, or Expert Hour services—are non-refundable due to the reduced pricing and term-based commitment.
• Annual Plans and Lifetime Access Plans
Exclusive annual subscriptions and lifetime access plans are non-refundable.
• Unused Subscription Time or Expert Hours
Unused portions of prepaid subscription periods or unused Expert Hour services are not eligible for partial or prorated refunds.
• Sale or Discounted Items
Goods or services purchased at a sale or discounted rate are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Accounts in Violation of Terms and Conditions
Users who violate the Terms and Conditions—including but not limited to spamming, phishing, scamming, or abusive behavior toward staff or service providers—are not eligible for refunds.
Educational Courses Exception (Limited Refund Window)
Educational courses purchased through Branning Library or other Branning Group training platforms may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date only.
After 30 days, these purchases are non-refundable.
Agent CRM may offer various levels of subscription, including but not limited to Agent CRM, and Agent CRM Pro (previously Marketing+). For changing plans, please refer to the policy below.
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your subscription package, the request must be submitted before the current billing cycle ends or at least seven (7) days before the next collection date. This ensures that the adjustment can be processed in time and helps prevent any unintended or duplicate charges.
Please note that any price difference resulting from an upgrade or downgrade made after the collection date will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, the amount will be converted into phone credits or applied as a prepayment toward your next billing cycle.
